a. This event is open to Male Golfers only.
b. All players are eligible to play using their GA Handicap. There is no Handicap limit.
c. Entries close at 5pm on Friday, 1 week prior to the event.
d. Entries must be accompanied by the Entry Fee.
e. A current GOLFLINK card or appropriate Handicap card must be available for perusal by the Tournament Committee if required.
f. Ties
(1) In the event of a Tie for the Parkes Open and also the Pro Division (if contested), the result will be decided by a sudden death playoff. The holes to be used in order are No’s 1,2 and 18 repeated until a result is achieved. If failing light occurs the title will be shared.
(2) In the event of a Tie for B or C Grade, the result will be decided by a sudden death playoff. The holes to be used in order are No’s 10,11 and 9 repeated until a result is achieved. If failing light occurs the title will be shared.
(3) All other Ties will be decided by use of Golf Australia’s Countback System.
g. All entries are subject to the approval of the Tournament Committee, which reserves the right to accept or refuse any entry without giving reason for its decision, which will be final.
h. Only one (1) trophy may be won by any player. (Apart from novelty events)
i. The Tournament Committee has sole control of the Tournament and their decision shall be final.
j. The first 256 paid entries will be accepted.
k. No discount to Junior members for this Tournament.
l. The Tournament Committee reserves the right to amend these Conditions.
m. The Tournament Committee has the authority to re-handicap any player during the Tournament.
n. The Tournament encompasses the prelude event, the Open 4BBB Stableford and the Parkes Open Tournament.
o. All play in this competition shall be played from the Daily Blue Tee markers in the Open Tournament and from the Daily White Markers in the prelude 4BBB event.
Refund policy – 28+ days notice prior to the event = full refund, 14-28 days = 50% refund, less than 14 days = no refund
